Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns for exchange.

-Include your name, order number, item you are wanting to return for credit for a future purchase or exchange, and explain why you are returning it.
Ship item back within: 14 days of delivery
-In your shipment, include a copy of the email with the above information and your RA (Return Authorization) number.

-Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
As we are using our profits to build women up, we have implemented an exchange only policy.
-That said, we also want YOU to be happy, purchase again, refer us to your friends, and give us an excellent review….so, if you would absolutely prefer to return your purchase for a refund, please write a note in with your return email explaining why (and how we could do better if we have caused an issue) and we would be happy to issue a refund (minus shipping costs) to your original form of payment. Please include your payment information in your return package. Following the instructions above for return and shipping, the item must be returned within 14 days of you receiving it.
If you have an issue with your item, it is damaged or defective, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can take care of the issue by replacing it, exchanging for another item, or supplying a refund.
All orders will be shipped out within 1-4 business days from purchase. Orders will be sent to the shipping address listed on the transaction.
Order updates will be sent to the email address on the order transaction.
